RETURN POLICY

商品等の返品・交換、注文の取り消し
お客様のご都合(サイズが合わない、イメージと違う、注文を間違えたなど)による商品の返品・交換、注文の取り消しは、一切お受けいたしません。
商品に欠陥があった場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が配送された場合で、以下の条件を全て満たす場合に限り、返品・交換をお受けいたします。
 
1.到着後7日以内に当サイト内 CONTACT にてご連絡を頂いた場合
2.未使用、未洗濯、タグ付きの場合
3.付属品、納品書がある場合
4.お客様のもとで汚れ、キズが生じていない場合
5.商品に臭いが付着していない場合
 
当社に連絡後、利用者は該当の商品、タグ、付属品、納品書を同梱の上、着払いにて返送してください。当社にて返送品を確認の上、該当の商品に欠陥がある、あるいは品違いと確認された場合、商品を正しい物と交換させて頂きます。その際に他の商品、色やサイズの交換は出来ません。商品の在庫が確保できなかった場合に限り、返金にて対応させて頂きます。また、実店舗にてご購入頂いた商品に欠陥があった場合、各店舗にお問い合わせ下さいますようお願い致します。 土曜日・日曜日・祝祭日・年末年始をはさむ場合は、対応にお時間を頂く場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are only allowed if product is proven to be defective or if the wrong product has been delivered.  

If returning/exchanging for the above reasons, please make sure to meet the requirements listed below.

1. TAAKK Inc. must be contacted within 7 days of delivery using our CONTACT      page form.
2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached.  
3. Must have original attachments and original receipt.

If the above conditions are met, TAAKK Inc. will resend the item with another identical one. The replaced item cannot be given in a different size or color.  
If an item is out of stock, a refund will be given.  

If an item was purchased at a physical store, please contact the store.

If an item is returned/exchanged during the weekend or holidays, please allow extra time for your request to be processed.
